On Monday 23 September, Girlguiding members from across the county of Croydon gathered at Fairfield Halls along with representatives from the Jack Petchey Foundation for the evening to celebrate all the amazing Girlguiding Jack Petchey Achievement award winners.
The JPA evening showcased the wide variety of talent, commitment, passion, adventure and caring nature that so many of the award winners embody on a regular basis in their units.
It was a fun and vibrant evening, enjoyed by all with help from the compère, VIP guests and a number of equally talented Girlguiding members who provided the entertainment. The evening was made all the more special with the attendance of family and friends being able to share the experience.
The achievement awards evening serves as a positive reminder that Girlguiding provides the opportunity and support to attract so many amazing people who strive to be the best version of themselves. And by being recognised, help to motivate and inspire other Girlguiding members.
