On 30th June 2024, over 80 members of Girlguiding Croydon entered the Croydon Race for Life. Distances covered ranged from 3k to 10k… people of all ages joined in and raised over £17,000 for Cancer Research UK!
Most people had families affected by this terrible disease, as someone is diagnosed every 2 minutes in the UK – and these funds will help support research into treatments and hopefully a cure.
